African's Best Beaches of 2020

When you think of a vacation in Africa, the first thing that comes to mind is the incredible safaris. It’s true the best safaris can be found only in Africa, but it’s not the only impressive thing the world’s second-largest and second-most populated continent has to offer. This continent is also home to some of the best beaches in the world. The fine white sand and turquoise water of the African beaches look straight out of a paradise. Africa’s terrain holds about 18,950 miles/30,500 kilometers of coastline featuring an array of captivating beaches. From nature’s paradise Seychelles to the secluded beaches of Principe, and let’s not forget the crystal waters of Zanzibar Africa has an abundance of shorelines for your extraordinary beach vacation.
If you are planning your next vacation in 2021 and you have not decided the destination yet, do not hesitate, discover the breathtaking coast of Africa and fall in love with its idyllic beaches!
Undoubtedly the most photographed beach, and there is no doubt why. Located in Seychelles, the Anse Source d’Argent beach is literally a piece of paradise featuring powdery white sand, clear turquoise water and lush jungle surrounding the beach. The landscape is mainly famous for the enormous granite rocks and caves scattered across the beach. Even though the beach is one of the best in the continent, it is still not visited by too many people that make it a secluded destination for those who want peace and privacy.
Many local tour companies run helicopter and boat tours for a day to the beach. Some of them also offer tours to the neighboring islands. As the Anse Source d’Argent is a public beach, you have to go through a park and pay a small fee to access the beach. There are no restaurants or hotels on the beach. It’s best to bring enough cash to buy some sacks from the little shops or stands on the beach selling fresh fruits and coconuts. You’ll also find people selling jewellery made from fresh river pearls.
